This page sets out Vantrio's warranty position. It restates Section 16 of our Terms of Service, which is the authoritative version.
Our warranty position
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AquaDentica, doing business as Vantrio, does not provide any separate product warranty beyond what is expressly stated on our website or required by applicable law.
Except as expressly stated on this site, the services and all products offered through the site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Your statutory rights
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so parts of the above may not apply to you. Nothing on this page or in our Terms of Service is intended to limit, exclude, or modify any rights that cannot be limited, excluded, or modified under applicable consumer protection law.
If an item is expressly covered
Where a specific product page, included documentation, or a manufacturer states a warranty for that product, that stated warranty applies to that product. Please check the product page and any documentation included with your item.
Damaged, defective, missing parts or incorrect items
Items that arrive damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, not under a warranty claim. Contact support@vantrio.shop within 48 hours of delivery for visible damage or delivery-related issues, and no later than 14 days after delivery for concealed damage or defects. Keep the item and all original packaging until the issue is resolved. Depending on the circumstances we may offer replacement parts, repair assistance, a replacement item, a return authorisation, or a partial or full refund.
Not covered
Vantrio is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or product failure caused by improper assembly, improper installation, improper mounting, improper wiring, improper anchoring, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, commercial use, failure to follow instructions, or use outside the product's intended purpose. Natural variations in wood, stone, marble, rattan, cane, leather, fabric, metal and glass are not necessarily defects. See our Disclaimer.
