This website and online store are operated by Aquadentica, doing business as Vantrio. Throughout this policy, the terms “Vantrio,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Aquadentica doing business as Vantrio, unless otherwise stated. 

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our website or purchase from us. Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, product use responsibilities, and return and shipping terms.

By visiting, browsing, accessing, using, or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our related store policies. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use or access our services.

You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

However, colors, dimensions, materials, finishes, packaging, product appearance, and other product details may vary depending on your device, display settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing tolerances, supplier updates, natural material variations, and other factors.

We do not warrant that the appearance, color, size, texture, quality, or finish of any product purchased by you will meet your expectations or be exactly as depicted on the site.

All product descriptions, prices, discounts, promotions, availability, specifications, estimated delivery times, and other content are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - FURNITURE, HOME GOODS, MEASUREMENTS, AND MATERIALS

Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, product descriptions, weight limits, assembly requirements, electrical requirements, lighting requirements, materials, delivery requirements, and product page details before placing an order.

Customers are responsible for confirming that an item will fit in the intended space and through all doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, entryways, and other access points before ordering.

Natural materials such as wood, stone, marble, rattan, cane, leather, fabric, metal, glass, and similar materials may vary in grain, tone, texture, knots, markings, veining, color, shade, pattern, finish, and overall appearance. These natural variations are not considered defects unless the product is materially different from the product description or otherwise defective under applicable law.

SECTION 4 - ASSEMBLY, INSTALLATION, AND PRODUCT SAFETY

Some products may require assembly, installation, mounting, anchoring, wiring, or other setup.

Customers are responsible for reading and following all instructions, warnings, labels, manuals, assembly guides, anchoring instructions, weight limits, electrical ratings, lighting requirements, and safety information provided with the product.

We are not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or product failure caused by improper assembly, improper installation, improper mounting, improper wiring, failure to anchor furniture where required or recommended, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, use outside the product’s intended purpose, failure to follow instructions, or failure to follow applicable laws and safety guidance.

Furniture that may tip over, including dressers, cabinets, bookcases, wardrobes, shelving units, storage units, TV stands, and similar items, should be properly anchored to the wall where applicable. Customers are responsible for using included anti-tip hardware or suitable anchoring hardware and following all safety instructions.

Lighting, lamps, fixtures, and electrical products must be used only as instructed and only with compatible bulbs, wattage, outlets, voltage, parts, and fixtures. Hardwired lighting, ceiling fixtures, wall fixtures, or any product requiring electrical installation should be installed by a qualified professional where appropriate or required by law.

Children’s furniture, nursery items, bunk beds, beds, storage units, dressers, shelving, and similar products must be used only as instructed and with all required safety hardware, warnings, and supervision. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are appropriate for the intended user, age, setting, and use.

Keep small parts, hardware, packaging, plastic bags, and assembly materials away from children and pets.

SECTION 5 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Vantrio reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, modify, or cancel any order for any reason at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, supplier issues, shipping restrictions, delivery limitations, address issues, payment issues, risk controls, or inaccurate order information.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted, processed, submitted to a supplier, prepared for shipment, shipped, customized, or placed into production.

Vantrio does not sell to, ship to, or accept orders for delivery in the European Union. Orders placed for delivery to European Union addresses may be canceled and refunded.

If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. By purchasing from Vantrio, you agree to those policies as well.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale, export, or unauthorized business use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

SECTION 6 - PRICING, BILLING, AND PAYMENT

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be shown at checkout or in your order confirmation, subject to our right to correct errors as described in these Terms.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, delivery fees, freight fees, customs, import charges, assembly fees, installation fees, or other charges.

We accept payment methods made available through Shopify at checkout, which may include major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported payment methods depending on your location and device.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases made through our store. You also agree to promptly update your account and payment information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that all charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times vary by product, supplier, warehouse, shipping destination, carrier, package type, and fulfillment method. The estimated delivery timeframe for each product may be listed on the applicable product page, at checkout, in your order confirmation, or in our Shipping Policy.

Unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or at checkout, estimated total delivery is generally within 30 days after the order date.

If no specific shipping timeframe is stated on the product page, at checkout, in your order confirmation, or in our Shipping Policy, we will ship the order within 30 days after the order date, unless we obtain your consent to a delay or issue a refund as required by applicable law.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers, suppliers, warehouses, customs processing, weather, labor disruptions, public health events, inaccessible delivery locations, incorrect address information, or events outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout, on the applicable product page, in your order confirmation, or in our Shipping Policy, we will handle the delay as required by applicable law. Where required by law, you may request cancellation for a full refund of unshipped items.

Once products are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to you to the extent permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 8 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Return eligibility, return windows, return shipping costs, restocking fees, non-returnable items, damage reporting requirements, refund timing, and related terms are described in our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content made available through our services, including but not limited to our store name, brand elements, logos, text, displays, graphics, images, product descriptions, reviews, audio, video, and the design and arrangement of the site, is owned by or licensed to Vantrio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the site only for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, download, store, transmit, scrape, copy, exploit, or create derivative works from any portion of the site without our prior written consent.

Vantrio’s name, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are the property of Vantrio or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

We may provide access to tools, services, apps, payment options, financing options, shipping protection, widgets, or integrations offered by third parties. These are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, and without endorsement.

Any use of optional third-party tools or services is entirely at your own risk and discretion. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, practices, availability, performance, or actions of third-party websites, services, tools, apps, or materials.

SECTION 11 - PRIVACY

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, some information may also be processed by Shopify in accordance with Shopify’s own policies.

SECTION 12 - REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, AND SUBMISSIONS

If you submit, upload, post, email, or otherwise send us reviews, comments, ideas, suggestions, photos, videos, feedback, damage claim materials, product images, testimonials, or other content, you grant Vantrio a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content for business, customer support, operational, legal, and promotional purposes, to the extent permitted by law.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or control the rights to the content you submit
Your content does not violate any law or infringe any third-party rights
Your content is not false, misleading, abusive, obscene, defamatory, fraudulent, or unlawful
Your content does not contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code

You may not submit fake, false, or misleading reviews. You may not submit incentivized or compensated reviews without clear disclosure. Employees, contractors, affiliates, influencers, brand ambassadors, family members, or anyone with a material connection to Vantrio must clearly disclose that relationship when submitting or publishing content about our products.

We may, but are not required to, monitor, edit, reject, or remove reviews or submissions at our sole discretion.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, discounts, shipping charges, delivery estimates, transit times, product availability, dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, or other information.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information or cancel orders at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

We are not responsible for misuse, improper use, improper assembly, improper installation, improper wiring, improper anchoring, neglect, unauthorized modification, commercial use, use in unsafe conditions, failure to follow instructions, or use of products in a manner for which they were not intended.

SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except as expressly stated on this site, the services and all products offered through the site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, durability, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that your use of the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the site or any products will meet your expectations.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aquadentica, doing business as Vantrio, does not provide any separate product warranty beyond what is expressly stated on our website or required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit, exclude, or modify any rights that cannot be limited, excluded, or modified under applicable consumer protection law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantrio and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, manufacturers, fulfillment partners, warehouses, carriers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, loss of use, property damage, or similar damages, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the site or any products purchased from us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to any product or order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so certain parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vantrio and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, manufacturers, fulfillment partners, warehouses, carriers, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, your misuse of products, your violation of any law, your violation of any third-party rights, your submitted content, or your failure to follow product instructions, warnings, or safety guidance.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
